Getting help with an app

For questions about GPS Speedometer or Digital Speed, the fastest way to a useful answer is to tell us your iPhone model, your iOS version, and which app version you are on (both are shown in the app's settings). GPS behaviour often depends on the device and its surroundings, so a short description of where the problem happened — in a car, on a bike, indoors — helps a lot.

Feedback on the web tools

Our free web tools run entirely in your browser, so nothing is reported back to us automatically when something goes wrong. If a tool misbehaves, mention which browser and phone you were using and what you expected to see — that is usually all we need to reproduce it.

Data-protection questions and GDPR requests go through the same channels and get the same response time. Our privacy policy explains what little we collect; the terms of use cover everything else.
